The Good 'Ol Days

So I was just thinking about how badly I used to want to be an author. I used to write these pathetic little short stories. And of course, I thought that my short stories owned. I would write fantasy stories, following the storyline of Cinderella, where the girl was poor and had an awful family then fell in love with the prince and they lived happily ever after. I do recall though, I went through this stage where I thought happily ever after was ridiculously boring. So I would make sad endings. I wanted to make the reader cry i suppose. Or I would want to shock the reader. I saved my stories and it's so funny to go through them. I love saving things because then you miraculously find them years later and you think to yourself, "wow. i was such a dork." It's amazing how much time has passed. It feels like just the other day was kindergarten; hand painting, naps, playtime, when boys had cooties, and teacher's loved apples. And now we're in 12th grade; essays, dozing off during class, after school activities, while boys are just about the best thing ever, and teacher's would love it if you would bring in a box of tissues. Lots of things have changed! But it's so exciting! So, I found short stories, what kind of funny things do you guys find when you look through old papers or pictures?
